Our history…

Set in a tropical park on an exceptional site of the island, the peninsula and lagoon of the Cap Est, Émeraude Villas is a range of prestigious suites and villas combined to suit your desires. These villas located in a touristic resort “Les Villas du Lagon” have been designed by a renowned French Architect-Designer, who also designed its beautiful furniture line in a refined tropical chic style.

The architecture and interior design are a tribute to the spirit of travel. We are proud to showcase our local artists, artisans and craftsmen Nicolas Derné for his sublime landscape photography, Hélène Raffestin and her unique photomontages, the women artisans of the Vannerie du Morne des Esses and their famous breading.

An authentic corner of paradise, Émeraude Villas are located on the island's east coast in the secure “Villas du Lagon", close to the islets of Le François and the notorious “Baignoire de Joséphine”.

A white-sand beach, a magnificent dock, an infinity pool of 200m2, the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon at your doorstep. Everything is designed for relaxation and meditation.

In the heart of a large, beautiful tropical garden bordering the lagoon, creating an intimate atmosphere, Émeraude villas offer a dream setting for relaxation. In-home massages are available on site.

Restaurant on the beach

Privileged access to the beach bar restaurant "Lili au Lagon", with feet in the water facing the turquoise lagoon. A beautiful spot to enjoy the beach and enjoy a delicious fish tartare and a chilled cocktail.

What can I say? A paradise! And that's no exaggeration. The site is incredible on this lagoon crystal-clear waters. A charming restaurant on the beach which means you don't have to spend your time cooking. We rented a large house equipped with a two-bedroom Prestige suite and a master suite upstairs. Lovely decor, bedding. Special mention for the welcome basket, very nice when you just flew for 8-hours.

We liked the outdoor shower, which extends the vacation spirit, the huge walk-in closets, and the small swimming pool commonly known here as " bac à punch ", overlooking the lagoon and the sails of the kitsurfers. We had asked for a little more housekeeping than originally planned, (it's extra), but it was out of the question for our merry group not to make the most of our stay. Too short, as usual! But don't they say that Martinique is the island of the returning visitors?

We stayed there for a week and took 2 suites side by side to accommodate the whole family, giving the feeling of a large vacation home. (Very practical, these flexible and à la carte formulas!) The houses are right on the water, and the coffee on the terrace in the morning with the melody of the backwash, is an enchantment. Children come and go, from the beach to the dock through the pool... hard to catch them! We highly recommend it!

Here happiness is everywhere: happiness of the eyes with this cactus garden and tropical essences, a pleasure for the taste buds with Lili au Lagon the restaurant on the beach, joy for athletes with the kitesurfing, the tennis ... as far as I'm concerned, I swam a lot and sunbathed on the dock often. That's enough for me ... One small regret ... it's hard to leave this paradise, so we didn't visit Martinique as much as we'd liked, but too bad, we'll be back!

Magnificent accommodation, spacious and tastefully decorated in an incredibly splendid location. The staff at reception are very, very pleasant and attentive to your needs. It's always a real pleasure to spend a weekend here. The pool is very pleasant and a good size.
