CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION BY PHONE?

Yes, of course, you can contact by mail infos@emeraude-villas.com, and make your reservation by phone.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

When you make a reservation with Emeraude Villas, we ask you to provide the following information:
– Full name
– Mailing address
– E-mail address
– Cell phone number
– Name and surname of other occupants.
If a deposit is required, we will also ask you for your credit card details in order to make the payment. We ask that you send us your vehicle insurance when you sign the rental contract.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME THE BEST RATE?

If you book directly on the Émeraude Villas website or if you contact by e-mail at infos@emeraude-villas.com, we guarantee you the best rate available.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY RESERVATION TO BE GUARANTEED?

In order to guarantee your reservation at Emeraude Villas you are required to pay 50% of the total cost of your stay, as per the rate of the chosen season. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (3D secure).

DO I HAVE TO PAY A TOURIST TAX?

Visitor tax is charged in Martinique. It is not included in the rate and must be paid at the beginning of your stay. It is €1.80 per adult over 18 per night, payable on site.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

On the day of your departure, the balance can be paid by the following means of payment:
Visa, American Express or Mastercard.

IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?

Cancellation conditions are as follows:
– From the reservation date to 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total cost of your stay will be retained.
– From 59 days to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained. (from 22/12/23 to 07/01/24: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained, the minimum number of nights being 7 during this period)
– From 29 days to no-show = 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
– The same cancellation conditions apply to flexible rates.

Your comprehensive homeowner’s or tenant’s policy often includes a clause called Garantie Villégiature. This clause is generally sufficient to cover the rental of your furnished tourist accommodation during your vacations. Simply ask your insurance company for a free certificate.
Attention
You need to check that your policy includes this holiday cover, and that there is no clause limiting the area of coverage. For example, coverage is restricted to France.
If your home insurance contract does not include holiday cover, you can take out specific insurance with the insurer of your choice, for the period during which the furnished accommodation is rented.

POLICE REGULATIONS FOR MARTINIQUE

The regulations governing identification documentation fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of prefectures and the immigration police (PAF).

WITH WHICH IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS CAN A FRENCH CITIZEN TRAVEL OVERSEAS?

A valid identity card is sufficient, but if you are transiting through a foreign country, you will need a valid passport.

TRAVEL TO MARTINIQUE WITH AN EXPIRED PASSPORT OR AN EXPIRED IDENTIFICATION CARD?

To avoid any inconvenience during your trip, we strongly recommend that you that you use a valid passport rather than a national identity card (carte nationale d’identité CNI) with an expired date even if the French authorities consider it to still be valid.

WITH WHICH IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS CAN A NON-FRENCH CITIZEN TRAVEL TO MARTINIQUE?

A passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of return is required.

HEALTH INFORMATION

No vaccinations are required, except for travelers coming from South America and Africa, who must present a yellow fever vaccination.

ARE THERE CONNECTING OR FAMILY ROOMS AVAILABLE?

At Emeraude Villas, we offer a Prestige Suite for up to 6 people. You can also reserve one or more suites, an entire villa or even our 3 villas as you wish.

ARE BABY CRIBS AVAILABLE IN ALL ROOMS?

All suite categories at Émeraude Villas allow you to add a baby crib upon request.

CAN THE ROOM ACCOMMODATE AN EXTRA BED?

No extra beds can be added to our suites. The living room area in some suites can accommodate an extra person under the age of 12 years old, upon request.

ARE EMERALD VILLAS CHILD-FRIENDLY?

We welcome your children to Émeraude Villas, but we do not have a kids’ club.

ARE BABY CHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?

Highchairs are available in the restaurant. Please do not hesitate to contact them.

A rental car is essential for your stay at Emeraude Villas. You will need to drive from Martinique Aimé Césaire airport 20km to the villas using the following GPS or Waze point: 14.6156,-60.9031.

At Émeraude Villas, arrival time start from 16:00 hrs. Departure time must be before 11:00 hrs. If you fail to meet this deadline, you will be charged an extra night.

IS THE RECEPTION OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?

Émeraude Villas’ reception is open from 10:00 hrs to 20:30 hrs. In the event of late arrival of your flight, please inform reception so that we can arrange for you to be welcomed in your suite.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A LATE CHECK-OUT?

Would you like a late check-out? Subject to availability, we will complete your request accordingly. We invite you to contact reception during your stay to make the request.

The nearest beaches are about 30 minutes from our villas in the south of the island.

How many rooms are available for rent? Émeraude Villas comprises 7 rooms that can be rented individually or grouped into 3 villas.

HOW MANY VILLAS ARE THERE TO RENT?

We offer 3 villas for rent:
– Villa Émeraude Bay: 3 lagoon-side suites of 60m2 each with private pool and 1 balcony suite upstairs.
– La Villa Émeraude Lagon: 1 60m2 lagoon-side suite with private pool.
– La Villa Émeraude Beach: 1 Prestige suite of 120m2 on the lagoon’s edge with 2 bedrooms, private pool and 1 balcony suite upstairs.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE A TERRACE OR BALCONY?

All our rooms have a covered terrace opening onto a private pool. Our upstairs rooms have balconies.

WILL THERE BE A BATHTUB IN MY ROOM?

You’ll find a bathtub in all our rooms except in the suite Emerald Bay 124.

WHAT ARE THE HOUSE RULES?

In order to respect the premises and the equipment, we ask you not to:
– Smoke in our Suites and Villas.
– Entertain for parties.
– Have barbecues.
– Forget to dispose of rubbish bags in the containers provided at the site entrance. (Please ask at reception).
– Put sand and suntan oil in swimming pools.
– Leave food out in the open, which can attract birds and pests.
– Émeraude Villas located within the “Les Villas du Lagon” residence are accessible by boat via a private dock with prior authorization only. Access to the dock is authorized for dropping off and picking up passengers. Parking is not permitted.
– We kindly ask you to place your clothesline on the side of the outside shower.

IS THERE A CLOSING DATE FOR ÉMERAUDE VILLAS DURING THE YEAR?

Suites and Villas are open all year round.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

We are very fond of animals, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in our accommodations.

Yes, of course, you can book your massages via the concierge service.

DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST PACKAGES?

We don’t offer a breakfast service at Emeraude Villas.
We can recommend a concierge service we often use.

IS WIFI FREE?

Our establishment has wifi in all rooms.

DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY AND DRY-CLEANING SERVICE?

At your request, we can take care of cleaning your clothes. This dry-cleaning service is located outside the residence and is at an extra charge.

However, you have access to a coin-operated launderette within the residence.
Reception will happily provide more information on how to use it.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC OPENING HOURS FOR YOUR RESTAURANT?

The Lili au Lagon restaurant is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and evenings from Thursday to Saturday, with a simple, fresh menu.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THE RESTAURANT IN ADVANCE?

For all reservations, we advise our customers to contact the restaurant at +596 51 44 38. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee availability.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL MENU FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS?

At the Lili au Lagon restaurant, we offer a wide range of fish-based dishes adapted to vegetarians and sometimes vegan dishes.

DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING FOR YOUR GUESTS?

Free private parking is available at the entrance to the residence.

Rates at Émeraude Villas can vary from €203 to €980 per night, depending on various criteria such as the season, the category of accommodation and whether you choose a suite or a villa.
